Project Overview
Conceptualized, designed, and built an AI-enabled platform that supports consulting, business development, research, proposal development, and project execution. It provides teams with a unified workspace to manage projects, retain organizational knowledge, collaborate with AI, retrieve information from documents, and create structured client-ready deliverables.
Project Description
This platform was developed as part of my part-time role at JYC - Jaya Consulting Inc. It brings project work, organizational knowledge, source-grounded research, and human-governed AI collaboration into one secure environment, reducing fragmentation across consulting delivery workflows.
